I followed the instructions on creating a custom folder for transitions and effects, but I am still only limited to default transitions and effects, even when trying to use ones from your library.

The issue has been resolved. Within the “Shadertastic” window inside of OBS, (Tools → Shadertastic) under “Additional effects path” it is stated that two subfolders would be created -- which never were created, so I created them myself and proceeded to either place filters in the “filters” folder and transitions in the “transitions” folder. Simply: these folders don't matter, just throw both transitions and filters into the same folder and point the tool at it.

Pretty solid idea to make something custom based on things like obs-blur-plugin and obs-shaderfilter. Honestly, I think it’s just easier when everything’s bundled together like this — less jumping around between plugins and more time actually creating stuff. Thanks for putting it out there.
