Bug Report OBS won't open the first time

This started happening to me after I added a new Media Source I have one scene that now has 4 videos that auto play.
After closing and re-opening OBS it didn't load. I knew OBS was running because my camera turned on and I heard those videos Auto play. I didn't even know how to close it since its not in the taskbar. I couldn't find it in task manager at first then scrolled down to see it.
Task Manager shows about 20 of these obs-browser-page.exe and then the OBS Studio. When I close that they all close. I can try and restart OBS and it will tell me it didn't run properly and asks if I want to run it in safe mode or run normally. Running normally does not make it work. I get the same problem. The camera boots, I hear all my videos. But OBS doesn't show up anywhere. I have to close it again. No solution to run this program.
I can run it in safe mode! But now I'm limited on features. I can Run a second session of OBS but the first has control of my camera.

I tried updating my NVidia graphics drivers with no change.

I will start a new "Scene" with nothing, close and see if that does anything.

That seems to work. So, my guess is it's some source that is acting up.

Deleting the auto play video that started this chain of events did not correct the issue. So I may have to rebuild everything from scratch. I am not an expert on OBS by any means so I don't know if its scene building that is overloading things or not.

I would have hoped after years and years that there might be a solution to this problem?

*Temporary Solution Suggestion*
Always CLOSE your OBS By Switching your Scene to just a completely blank one first! Then when you re-open OBS it should work?
Then you can go to Scene Selection and select your main scene. Just remember to switch to an empty scene before closing.
