Whisper4OBS - Nearly real-time transcription of audio from a monitoring audio source available on OBS

This script is an alternate implementation of whisper online for OBS, providing most of the options available in CLI to a visual interface. It allows nearly real-time transcription of audio from any source available on OBS as long as it is monitoring audio (the source doesn't need to have an output).

Updated it to ver 1.1.2, for some reason, ctypes stopped loading some modules that I had to call manually. Besides that I've also improved the speed for CPU use.

- Audio sources now list all active audio sources regardless of the scene (no need to reload once a scene is changed, but it won't capture audio if the scene is not active)
- Audio sources now list sources regardless of their monitoring status as long as they belong to some audio track
- Fix a bug when repeated words in sequence were used
- Increased the speed a little bit by removing unnecessary tests from whisper online
