Question / Help OBS Mixer showing sound but not being heard on stream!

Hey guys so I've had some audio setup issues lately within OBS and I'm not quite sure what may be causing the issue. When I start OBS Studio the mixer shows volume being captured by my Audio device (I use a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 interface with Audio Technica ATH-M50X for headphones). I am able to hear the audio through Spotify/Rocksmith/Other Games and other sources in my headphones but when I start live streaming to Twitch the viewers are unable to hear the music. When I close out OBS Studio and restart it, it seems to work and audio is restored. There must be a setting I'm overlooking here and wanted to get some outside help. Pulled logs from when the audio was not being heard by stream and then when OBS Studio was restarted and audio was restored.
