Frames missed/skipped due to rendering/encoding lag help?

Hello team, I recently had some frames missed due to both rendering and encoding at 13 and 14 percent accordingly.

My computer gig -
cpu: i7-10750H CPU

gpu: nvidia geforce rtx 2060
ram: 16gb



check the logs here - LOG File

obs settings -
bitrate 8k
encoder nvenc
res - 1080p
60fps
slower preset settings


Please help and let me know the best settings accordingly

Try the P1 preset instead of P6 in settings>output.

Try the P1 preset instead of P6 in settings>output.

Hi thanks for the fast response. My question was what actually happens when we move from P6 to P1. and will it reduce any quality or anything important to our streams?
