Fps drop/stream lagging. Lost

I think I already mentioned it but this is suspect, probably wasting resources that could be used by your game &/or OBS. More than likely high on the list of software not to install on a Performance PC.

13:07:37.539: Webroot SecureAnywhere: enabled (AV)
How do I change this?

No idea but make sure to enable Windows Defender so your PC is still protected. Check their website if you can't figure it out.

Ok I believe I turned all that off maybe.. LOL

Here is a new log. No issues from what I can see while streaming.

THoughts?

On top of the NVENC error, OBS got off to a bad start too. When you're testing make sure OBS gets a clean start. Was there a crash log?
09:14:16.769: [Safe Mode] Unclean shutdown detected!
09:14:30.289: [Safe Mode] User elected to launch normally.

There's still minor rendering lag but more improvement as it's now under 0.1%.

Stop both the Replay Buffer & Vertical Canvas for the next test. Let's see if there's less of these failures.

Your "Main" Scene that is used for capturing doesn't contain any Media Sources. Let's free up that v-ram that's being wasted. Go into the settings for the 3 Media Sources below & disable Use Hardware Acceleration. 1 of them needs some attention.

There was not a crash log on this. I just turned game mode on and found ebverything that needed hardware acceleration and unchecked it.

OK

Cool, don't forget to stop Replay Buffer & Vertical Canvas. Troubleshooting the error.
Whats the best way to stop those? Just uninstall the vertical camera? and Where is the option to stop replay buffer? Or is it when i try to clip something and or replay buffer?

I'm not sure about VC, never used it. Maybe just remove it for testing. That NVENC 21 error did not occur when VC v1.4.6 was installed but started after you updated to 1.4.9. You also removed the multi-out but never re-installed it. Wonder if VC is sending an encode the the multi-out but since it's not there, error.

Looks pretty good now, the NVENC 21 errors are gone & there was only 38 frames lost to rendering lag over 4.75 hours.

Running the LG @ 60HZ will eliminate the lag or try disabling this & see if it does the trick.
10:45:27.158: Webroot SecureAnywhere: enabled (AV)

I haven't used the Twitch enhanced but if it's possible, change the Preset on the 1080p encode to P5 & for all of the encodes, change B Frames to 2.

It's getting worse since there's now more load.

The CPU is the issue here, it's a bottleneck & nerfing the 3060TI's performance. Not running Webroot may free up enough cycles so you can run 120HZ. If not -----> 60HZ

Trying OTG the game out. Its not optimized. I cant run it on obs to twitch but can run it fine on tiktok live stream... Not sure why that is?

The LG finally looks good @ 8-bit & Webroot is gone. Progress.

Different game so you're going to need to figure out the best settings for it. Your GPU was overloaded, 20.2% rendering lag. Gotta reduce load...

There was also an error on VC?
9:55:29.081: [Vertical Canvas] Start output 'Twitch'
09:55:29.081: [Vertical Canvas] stream stop error -4
