The log is incomplete but there was rendering lag on the virtual camera output. This indicates that your GPU is overloaded.

Before you get rolling, I would update Vertical Canvas. The version you have installed is stale & the release notes have been removed.

09:19:27.550: [Vertical Canvas] loaded version 1.4.6

Not sure what was up with v1.0.3 but it doesn't appear to be available anymore. A down-grade may be in order.

09:19:27.242: [Aitum-Multistream] loaded version 1.0.3

Thank you for your speedy response Rock!

Not sure where to delete all this??? I dont have anything in my scenes pointing to these files.

There's an image source in the "main" scene?

Fix that vertical scene, having more than (1) display, game or window capture per can cause interference.

I think I found it not sure, deleted a lot of older stuff I wasnt using. This is the file from today. Hopefully it looks better? I didnt see any major issues today though.

Incomplete log. A lot changes being made but there's no real data there. Make all your changes/updates & then close/re-open OBS before starting the test. After you finish testing, close/re-open OBS again & then post the previous log.

GPU is overloaded. Your monitors are currently running @ 165, 75 & 144HZ Test with them @ 120, 60 & 120HZ. Should take care of the overload & your encodes will get a quality boost. Current refresh rates, quite frankly suck.

Lower the Presets on the 1080p encodes to p4.

So when you say lower the presets to P4 you mean in OBS correct? Just makign sure I am following

Correct & just the 1080p encodes for now, the lower resolution encodes can stay @ p5. Hopefully all of the encodes will be able to run using p5 when we're done but we need to get rid of that rendering lag first.

Ok, where do I turn them to 1080p? Im not seeing this options and the lower resolution encodes?

You have (3) 1080p encodes, the rest are lower resolutions as you are using the Twitched Enhanced Broadcast, no need to touch them.

This was the final log, when I zoomed in on EFT it would drop frames not sure why? But not horribly to lag the stream

The 1080p encoding settings weren't changed & the 3060TI is still overloaded & struggling. It actually got worse (0.6% vs 1.5%).

What in-game quality setting are you using?

With your system, Escape From Tarkov should be set to low quality while running high refresh rates.

Since we're still trying to reduce the load, only leave the monitor you're capturing from @ 120 & dial the other to 60HZ. 120/60/60
