Constant crashing after updating to 31.0.3

The crash is with the browser in OBS. From the session log you sent with the crash log I do see this as the last line

08:51:35.669: [obs-browser: 'PhilVideo'] Webpage has crashed unexpectedly! Reason: 'Out of Memory'

I would have to assume the two are possibly related, may want to try removing that browser and testing again.

I have doubled the RAM in my system to 64GB and it's still throwing the issue with out of memory on the OBS browser.

Is there a mechanism to reset the CLR browser? It seems to be having issues after working for over a year.
