Almost all my videos stutter

I am on a laptop and I know it's not that good but I'm trying to find anyway that I could to at least record more games. I feel kinda stuck not being able to record other games and I feel like I've tried everything if anyone could help I would appreciate it. (Underneath is my laptop specs and my obs settings at the moment.)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz 2/4

Kind of futile to want to record games and play on a laptop.... their equivalent parts to a desktop are vastly inferior.
Fx a 4090 in a laptop performs way under a desktop 4090.
But that laptop of yours looks more like a typewriter than a gaming pc to be honest.
