Every 1-2 seconds my recording or stream freezes. This is not a problem in the preview, or while playing, only when viewing recordings or streams. I have no missing frames, and I'm kind of stumped. When I am testing it not in game, everything is fine. The most recent recording still displays...

I want to stream while recording at the same time, but whenever I do my stream gets very laggy/choppy. The stream is completely fine when I'm just streaming, but as soon as I press record it starts to lag. I stream to twitch and my hardware is more than capable. I use a Ryzen 5 3600 and an RTX 2080.
