This is a patch release of Color Monitor plugin for OBS Studio.

• Added focus peaking The focus peaking is hidden by default on the scope dock. Right-click on the scope dock and and enable focus peaking to use it.
• Dropped supporting OBS Studio 27, 28 and 29. The minimum supported version of OBS Studio is 30.0.0.
• Added a check not to pass zero to bmalloc. This is required to avoid a potential crash on OBS Studio >= 31.
