This has happened only a few times, but there have been instances where an automated license key purchase resulted in an email from my side that the user either did not see or did not receive. Users should, of course, check their spam folder first.
If the email is not in the spam folder, and you need to contact
camooz@faltinek.de, please ensure you provide an alternative method to reach you, such as a second email address or your phone number. Otherwise, if our email containing the key did not go through, we won't be able to respond to your service request either.
