Question / Help "Woops, OBS has crashed!" on trying to open the application

Every time I try to open OBS, it throws up an error. I'm facing this error since yesterday.

I use a Lenovo Thinkpad E460 Laptop with the latest Win 10 OS.

I've tried:
1. Resetting the AMD Radeon Settings.
2. Reinstalling the graphics card driver.
3. Running OBS under Win 7/8 compatibility.
4. Uninstalling OBS entirely and reinstalling it again.

The same issue persists. I don't know what to do next. I'll share the error log file here.

Please help :)

Try deleting the enc-amf.dll plugin, you won't be able to use the AMD encoder though.

Where do I find it? I tried searching for it in my computer and couldn't locate it.

Is there no other way to do it?

@salmanravoof
I recently updated my Radeon drivers on my laptop and OBS started crashing instead of running as usual. I had to force OBS to use APU instead of AMD GPU by forcing OBS to use Power Saving mode in Radeon Settings. Since then, it's working fine even though I regret the effort spent in upgrading my Radeon drivers just to witness AMD's VCE in action. :(

See this page to know how to accomplish this.
