Until a week ago it was perfectly fine , i stream on my dorm's wifi. I used to get constant 4000 bit rate streams . Now even tho wifi is still the same speed and performance obs cannot stream anymore.

To add to it , i cannot use ethernet and what not and i did a super late update to the latest version i didnt update for weeks (it is up to date now)
I think i lost my old settings but i am pretty sure its the same setting now

Has your operating system not been updated recently?
Read about Window Auto-Tuning, it should help you!

From the log file:
18:14:57.945: Lenovo Vantage / Legion Edge is installed. The "Network Boost" feature must be disabled when streaming with OBS.

Disable HAGS
Check for the Lenovo issues
Display capture must be on it's own separated scene, never within game or window capture.
Verify if the plugin you have installed is updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using.
There's no actual active session on the log file so this is all we can say.

Once you fix all this (all of it) do a new test stream and once you stopped the stream upload a new log file.
