Question / Help why did my audio lagging/bugging

i have a problem with obs wen u record my mic and desktop audio bugging very hard i have desktop sound 1-2 min and then is away for 20sec and then i have it back 1-2min and then its away again an this allways the same, with my mic thats buggig so hard so the guys in teamapeak dont can understand me :c
