When recording Valorant, audio is normal but video stuck on one frame

I'm trying to use OBS to clip my games using the replay buffer option, but when I get into a game of Valorant, the recording pauses at one frame while the audio and cursor are normal. For example while recording Discord, my desktop, Google etc it's fine, but when I run Valorant the main menu is recorded but very delayed. Like when I choose a gamemode, it takes a second to show while my cursor and the audio is fine. And when I'm in a match, it gets stuck on the last frame before I'm in the match, like where we select agents it pauses and then everything else is just my cursor moving with normal audio.

Is there anybody who can help? I’m in need of a recording software and nothing is working, hoping that I could fix OBS.

Seems to be an unfixable issue then, can’t find a solution anywhere on this forum or YouTube, and nobody is able to help unfortunately.
