Question / Help What is FPSNum in OBS?

My FPSNum = 240, and i heard on my previous post that that may be the problem of me not recording full HD, so can someone help me with this and tell me what the FPSNum should be on for crystal clear videos?

For crystal and clear video you need only 1 fps.
But video is not static picture, typical is 24 fps, 25 or 30 (29,97), 50, 60. Faster you don't need or a very small group (<1%) of people will see the difference.
Unless you want to slow down the action from 240 fps to 60 (then it will slow down 4 times the image)

Why are you editing the config file by hand? OBS Studio has a settings window you can use.
