Weird Video Glitches in Recording

Hey so as the title says I've been getting video glitching. To fix the problem I have tried to switch HDMI cords, consoles, and updated everything I use. So far nothing has worked. My recording was of the Horizon Zero Dawn intro. In the intro the glitching only appeared when there were bright and sometimes moving textures, though it isn't constant.

a few things:

Update windows
Turn game DVR off
Run as admin


If that doesn't fix it we can go from there. Also there are a lot of a single kind of error in there I need to read up on to see what could cause it

Updated windows and ran as admin. Unfortunately I was recording on PS4 which has no option to turn off game DVR. The problem persisted.

look up your processor on intels website and it should be in the downloads section

Im not sure if it was quick sync but I checked on the intel website and made sure that all of my drivers were currently up to date. Unfortunatley it seems the problem has gotten worse.

I'm not sure what you mean by scrolling up and reading the post. The problem has nothing to do with how I save it because it will start before I even press record.

Oh fair enough, but I actually figured it out. It was a ripsaw issue turns out all I had to do was deactivate then activate my capture then switch the usb ports.
