Hey all,
So we just started live streaming to YouTube and Facebook Live.
Folks who watch on a computer are not having issues.
Some folks using mobile devices are having audio issues (see this YouTube link: https://youtu.be/HRaMF-SPC9E ) Not all mobile devices have this issue and it's an even split between Android and iPhone users.
The attached is what my phone sounds like playing through the phone speaker. However, folks with this issue can resolve it be connecting headphones (hard wired or bluetooth).
I'm at a loss. I'm guessing it's a mono/stereo issue?
The audio source is from our sound board with an xlr cable into the camera 3.5mm microphone input on the camera. That then feeds into the laptop via a capture card, loaded into OBS and sent out via livestream.
Is it a setting on mobile devices? It seems like if it were an OBS issues, everyone would have an issue and it wouldn't be resolved with headphones.
