Webcam out of sync

I've been using obs for a long time, but recently my camera has gone out of sync, going from no delay to about a second of delay to up to 5-ish seconds of delay! I use epoccam (using my phone as a webcam) EpocCam | elgato.com that's the website in case it matters, my other webcam (logi c505) doesn't go out of sync but it's ugly so i only use it for hand cam and stuff like that. Everything else is fine though, audio, gameplay, alerts.It just my camera having a noticeable delay

I also tested a bit and it desyncs a bit when I'm not playing a game but when a game is running it tends to desync A TON

Try Start obs in admin Mode and disable Windows game dvr
In wicht prio did you run obs the Problem is when the game ist in full screen it have a higher prio then obs

Thank you for your response, I don't know how to disable any of these, I'm also using windows 11 and that might cause some extra problems.
Also most games I play in windowed mode, not full screen so I don't think that's the problem
