Hi all,

I have

16gb ram ddr4 3600
Ryzen 5 5600x
Rtz3060

I play and stream on same pc i still get around 140 fps whilist streaming

My upload is 9mbps

Should suffice enough as i see majority bitrate should be 4000+ Iv tried youtube videos ect but just cannot get anywhere.

Wondering if anyone has some settings to try out that can help?

Just use the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the recommended settings.
Take into consideration that fast motion games don't produce good quality image when streaming, even at higher kbps like in youtube case. You need 2 computers to achive a better image quality, one for the game and other for streaming, connection the game via a capture card in the streaming PC.

I do i have a I7-7k laptop with 8gb ram and my elgato messes up iv got a HD60 S+ and its hard to configure it as a second stream but when connected, having same issue and stream dead laggy and is behind majority of them time. Thats why i thought if i stream of my PC thats fine. And recommend setting still do the same thing bitrate at 6k 1080p and 60fps and it still does not help.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
