VST restream issues

im trying to use OBS to stream my cakewalk audio through the restream VST in cakewalk and OBS. I have restream vst plug in on the master channel on cake walk.
Restream VST Settings
Identifier-default (enabled checked)
Send audio/MIDI:IP: [*local broadcast]
Audio Channels-2

Then in OBS i have desktop audio as my output audio device
in the Audio filters
( ) VST 2.x plug in-restream standalone

i know its possible because ive streamed to twitch using cakewalk and obs before. I think all the setting on cakewalk are fine, the settings on OBS are the ones that i am having issues replicating

i am going from a microphone->cakewalk (through a 4 channel behringer interface)->OBS->twitch

ive been able to stream before but now i don't get any signal on my output device. Restream seems to be all set up on cakewalk, its the OBS settings that may need adjustment.

if anyone has any idea of how yo get the right settings on OBS from cakewalk to restream id appreciate some guidance because it seems i have try every options on settings and seemed to get nowhere fast

VST is audio processing. Nothing to do with streaming at all. Which one are you having trouble with?

Yes, all of this is inside of OBS. They still don't have anything to do with each other. Which one are you having trouble with?

Don't be distracted by the presence of other things. Delete stuff, re-add if the problem goes away and then continue to delete other things, and narrow it down to the one specific problem and nothing else. It might be stupid for a viewer to watch at that point, but it's not meant to be viewed at all. This is troubleshooting, not production.
