So I have no idea what is going on. My gameplay is perfect, but I can't seem to get the stutters out of my OBS recording. No matter what I do. Tried about everything there is to try inside OBS, BIOS, Windows. No missing frames and OBS is not reporting encoder lag or render lag. Running on high end hardware.

- Gamemode ON/OFF
- XMP ON
- Rebar ON
- HAGS OFF
- All kinds of OBS encoders (software/hardware) and detailed encoder settings.
- Various usual NVIDIA Control Panel settings (526.47) Can't roll back my NVIDIA driver because of the 4090, it will become quite unstable with older versions
- Running OBS as administrator
- OBS on separate cores from game with Process Lasso
- Reprojection ON/OFF
- OBS Process Priority High
