It's difficult to guess what you are asking. I guess you want to record audio and video not in the same file but in separate files. OBS isn't able to do this. OBS is always writing both in the same file. You have to split the audio and video tracks afterwards. Freeware programs that can split audio from video are Avidemux or Audacity.

You can also use the AudioWriter plugin to save a given audio source as a WAV or AAC sound file separately.
