video fps is 1

Hello, when i try to record a video using my rx 580 and then go watch it i see the video running like pictures and the only solution is to limit fps to 30 but iam a content creator and can't limit my game to 30 fps so is there any solution??

i will attach a clip to a game called : Wobbly Life which is a pretty light game to record

as u can see form the record the usage of the cpu and gpu is chill so there should be no problem recording the game at 60 fps constant

In settings - output use the following:
Output mode: Simple
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Recording encoder: Software (X264, low cpu usage preset, increased file size)
Recording format: MKV
