Video files occasionally crash at timestamps

I've been searching for an answer to this for a while, not many people seem to be affected by it.

When I record videos, I use OBS Studios for window capture and Logitech Capture for face cam. The problem is, sometimes after I've finished recording - one (or sometimes both) of the files crash at a random timestamp on playback.

I can watch up to the timestamp, and if I skip past about 7 seconds I can continue watching the video.

This happens regardless of output file type, I've tried changing it to FLV and MOV to the same result.

Does anyone have an answer as to why this happens?

The recording in my log file crashes anytime between 4 minutes 30 seconds 4 minutes 36 seconds.

Get the basics out of the way:
1. If available via Windows Update, update Windows 10 to 2004 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers and #2. If 2004 is not available via Windows Update, update to 1909.
2. The version of Windows you are running (1903) has a limitation which causes performance issues in hardware accelerated applications (such as games and OBS) if multiple monitors with different refresh rates are present. Your system's monitors have 2 different refresh rates (144 and 60), so you are affected by this limitation.

To fix this issue, we recommend updating to the Windows 10 May 2020 Update. Follow these instructions if you're not sure how to update.
3. Update your GeForce drivers if available.
4. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Speakers (5- USB Audio Device): 48000 Hz
Microphone (Yeti Stereo Microphone): 44100 Hz
5. Run OBS as Admin
6. I know you stated it happens regardless of file type, but try MKV as your log shows mp4 which is not recommended at all.

Post new log if still having issues after making those changes.
