I downloaded OBS yesterday and Im trying to get my settings right so that the software performs the best. I just want to share my screen and video capture to record tutorials.
I have 2 x LG 4k monitors connected via USB-C to my 2018 mac mini
3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
I am doing video and display capture, but my video capture has a slight lag on the output. I use screen and video capture on Zoom and I dont have this issue.
When I installed OBS for the first time, it was so bad that I uninstalled it. I decided to try again changing the resolution on the computer, and now it seems to run much better.
I adjusted the camera settings and screen resolution for better performance, but now the output video and sound is delayed.
is there a suggested setting for this? Or could this be a hardware issue? I using Powerbeats for now until I get a good mic.
