I stream at quite a high bitrate and play way more intensive games than Minecraft. I have 1GB Internet speeds and the server continues to run just fine, no players experience lag when this bitrate drop starts to happen. In fact every other part of my computer that uses internet runs the same, but for some reason my bit rate dies and my stream starts to buffer really bad.
It happened 2 days in, the first 2 days it worked perfectly fine. Then after streaming for 6 hours one day it started to drop. I reset my router and it was fine, but after some more time it dropped again. While the bitrate was dropping I did an internet speed test and still got the 1GB speeds so the internet was working fine. The next day I tried streaming a different game for 7 hours and it worked just fine as before (and this was while the port was forwarded...)
I thought it was fixed so I went back to MC and then after 4 hours it started happening again. I contacted my ISP and they said they saw no issues and that the internet was running fine from what they could see. They also reset it from their end just to make sure.
It happened again for a few days and so I reached out to the ISP again and they said perhaps it could be an issue with the line so they sent someone over. They said the line was in perfect condition and they even completely replaced my router AND modem while they were here so it was all brand new.
I was thinking for sure it was fixed but I tried it again yesterday and the same issue happened AGAIN STILL while streaming MC and hosting the server. But only after a few hours.
I even streamed today a different game and it was perfectly fine.
I have plenty of ram leftover, and my bandwidth isn't struggling and minecraft has no errors in their logs anywhere. I just don't know what could be happening in OBS to cause this. Any help would be great cause I have exhausted all of my ideas
