Using OBS NDI but gaming pc still has rendering lag and encoding lag

I recently got a dual pc setup so that encoding will be handed over to my other pc well it did work having good framerate in games but looking at the stat it seems that I have rendering and encoding lag without even streaming or recording for my gaming pc but no problem with the streaming pc. Previously when I still have a single pc I didn't have this problem.
my 'gaming pc specs':
ryzen 5 2600
gtx 1070ti
16gb ram
my 'streaming'pc:
i5 6500
gtx 1060 3gb
8bg ram

I would also like the point out that I am using a 144hz monitor idk if that's the cause.
