unable to stream to anywhere through OBS

Hey guys,

So about a week ago I suddenly had issues streaming through OBS
as soon as the stream starts, OBS shows red/yellow bitrate and 70%+ frames dropped from frame 1.
I have tried all sorts of things including reset network box, router, drivers, updating everything, tried OBS beta branch.

streaming from the PS5 is unaffected and no other services/websites have shown any issues.
my network speedtests are 100+ up and down to where i would be streaming to.

sure, it makes OBS stop saying it dropped frames, but it also makes the stream basically unwatchable with pauses and the screen becoming a garbled mess.

You need to start with disabling multi track video/enhanced broadcasting.
