I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3060, I do not know why my quality is so bad, I've tried so many different settings and nothing seems to work for me. The frames are very choppy and nothing is as smooth as my games. I've changed my process priority, and CQP level, tried different encoders, went down to 720p 30fps, tried MOV, MP4, MKV, and nothing seems to work. Try 1080p with no downscaling, and set SRGB color with full range. Also do 30 fps
Your CQP is way too low, try 25 or 30. But that shouldn't affect performance much unless your hard drive is really slow
