The game Super people and a bunch of horror games makes my frames in OBS drop but the game runs smooth on my screen.

Hello people :)

When I try (even without streaming) having OBS open while in the game Super People my frames in basically anything else than the game goes to sh*t.
And I mean everything like: browser, discord, OBS shows what I attatched below.

I stream games like this fine: Rust, CSGO, DayZ & CODs
Games I also struggle with (Same problem but less): Visage, Poppy's playtime

I have attatched what I mean OBS do, my task manager and my specs:)

Hope someone can help because I really want to stream this game.
