I will buy a new computer with Windows 10 operating system for the OBS, but I doubt that the computer I will buy will run this program. My computer will have Nvidia RX 550 4GB 128bit video card, 8gb ram and Amd Ryzen 3 1200af. So can my pc run OBS?
The RX 550 is made by AMD. While OBS can use VCE, it's generally recommended you get a Nvidia GPU that supports NVENC for hardware encoding (or Intel processor with Quick Sync Video if just doing video, light games). In this thread https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-using-60-to-75-suddenly.147201/ the OP is using a processor from Q4 2011 and it works. It can run OBS, but many people going to recommend Nvidia GPU.
