Question / Help Stutters in recording

Hi!
I've recently started using Slobs, about 2 or 3 months ago.
Now i have changed a view settings to get better quality following a youtube guide. I don't even know if it's that useful when i don't have the same setup.
In my last stream i got small stutters that last for about 2-3 seconds for both audio and screen. They're not that often but often enough to be annoying.

My Pc hardware is:
RTX2060 6GB
I7-7700k 3.6GHz base+factory overclock
24GB DDR4 2333MHz RAM

Settings in Slobs:
Video:
Canvas resolution: 1920x1080
Output resolution: 1440x810
Downscale: Lanc 32samp
Fps type: common 60
Bitrate: 5000
Rate ctrl: CBR
preset: quality
profile: high
Look ahead: on
Psycho viasual tuning: on
Audio: 48khz Stereo
2 audio tracks
Mp4 format

Any chance there are better settings for my hardware? Thank you in advance! Much appreciated

It's litterally the same thing....

No, they are very different programs. Streamlabs used the open source code of OBS that existed in 2018, but everything they have done with the program since then is their own doing. Streamlabs adds their own features, maintains it, and provides support for it. Not the OBS developers.

It's called a Fork for a reason.
