He Sorry if this is really simple and im just dumb im new to this sort of stuff, after i stream for a while i start to stutter ever 3 or so seconds i have a dual setup and a beast gaming pc (i dont lag in game its just the stream). Im using SLOBS not obs but i seen this thread "https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/stream-stutters-after-3-hours-with-elgato.19254/" on here and it sounded similar, In the thread "Jim" says " Go in to advanced and set your 'Scene buffering time' to 700." But in SLOBS i cant see "scene buffering time".I was just wondering if there was any other way to fix it or is Scene buffering is somewhere else. Sorry and thanks again.
