Streams still blurry

Hello, i literally tried all the settings in obs, i even tried streamlabs it doesn't works. My streams is still blurry.
I don't know what is going on, i think it's from my bitrate.
I tried all the rate control, the x264, the Nvdia Nhenc but it's always the same problem.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

First thing I noticed is your Game Mode in windows is off... I recommend enabling that for better OBS performance.

Also, are you streaming to YouTube? I see you have 13,000 bitrate which would not fly on Twitch.

Yes i'm streaming on youtube, ty for the advice i will turn on Game mode

You're streaming Rocket League, which is extremely fast paced action all the time with sophisticated high detail textures all around. All moving, all shifting. This is nice eye candy, but it requires very high bandwidth for video encoding. Streaming is always very constrained with bandwidth, so probably all Rocket League video will look blurry more or less. You have to find a delicate balance between output resolution, game graphics detail, fps, and bandwidth of course.

You definitely have the upload speed, and seeing as you're streaming at 1080p60, I would say turn up the bitrate. If you want a clean 1080p60 stream (truly), I want to say the minimum should be about 18,000. Someone else correct me if I am wrong...

Also, what @koala said, Rocket League is definitely a very hard game to keep clean, as is any other super fast paced game. I saw you have the Nvenc (new) encoder selected which is what you want with your GPU, so keep your output settings as is and just increase your bitrate, that should help.
