I was reinstalling streamlabs OBS in order to fix a problem, but now when I am setting it up, it freezes at the optimizing screen. I have reinstalled a lot of times and making sure I delete avery folder.
You might want to go to Streamlabs support with your issue. This forum is for OBS Studio, a different piece of software. We don't know what your issue is; this operation or message from your screenshot is no part of OBS Studio.
