So im using streamlabs obs to stream games on twitch, i like to have music in the backround as iam not verry good at talking.
since the begining it has been my intent to edit the streams down and put them on youtube but the music is in the way,
iam simply wondering if there is anny simple way to do this or a good tutorial. that is easy for a newcomer to understand.

To exclude sound sources from the mix of general desktop audio is a common task. You need to "split" audio - that's the term used in the linked guides.

In general, it works like this: you install a virtual audio device and configure the app you want to record to output its sound not to the default device but to that virtual audio device. In OBS, you record that virtual audio device. These guides all deal with separating audio with different focus:
