I've recently attempted to stream Fallout 76 on PC but even with Fallout graphics on lowest setting I get mini graphic lags when I try to sprint in game. I've owned the PC for only 1 yr. What would fix this? More RAM? External Capture card?
80% of my memory is being used according to Windows Task manager with 1600mb by Fallout and 800mb by OBS. I have 8GB installed.
My buddy thinks an external capture card would help even though I don't have a 2nd PC to help plug it in. He seems to think it'll take the load off my PC. Anyone agree or disagree?
I have an Intel Core i7-7700k CPU @ 4.20 ghz. 8 GB RAM. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.
