Stream Constantly Crashing

Hello, for the past month or so my stream has been constantly crashing and I can't seem to find the solution.

I've tried:
Resetting my firewall settings to default
Changing my obs server
Updating my drivers
Lowering my bitrate
Lowering the resolution I stream at
Running obs as administrator
Setting obs to "power save" in my graphics settings
When my stream disconnects I don't lag in game
Doing a factory reset of my pc entirely
Doing a fresh install of obs
Changing which encoder I use
Monitoring my cpu/gpu usage to no avail

I really cannot find what the issue is with my stream.

To better test you internet service against Twitch servers use this tool:

TwitchTest | r1ch.net

Test your upload bandwidth and connection quality to Twitch

r1ch.net

Make an screenshot of the results and post it here.
Anything bellow 90 isn't good.

Then you need to troubleshoot the issue if it's the computer network connector, the cable, the router/modem, the externals cables, the ISP itself, the provider which gives connection to the ISP, etc.-
It could also be that if you set 0 to the reconnect timer.

You internet connection looks stable against Miami, one of the Ashburn servers and it's strange it gives more ping against Atlanta.
If any of this are close to you then probably ins't the ISP, but if the one close to you gives you a bad result, then "Houston, we have a problem".

When you call your ISP tell them that you get worst results from Atlanta servers than the ones on Miami. Something is not correctly setup or pointing to the wrong servers causing this behaviour. (It's hard to try explain this in a language different form my own)

Next time your stream cuts, or if you see yellow or red alert lights in OBS, run this test inmediatelly.
