Stream blurry when I'm moving in game

It gets blurry when I move the camera in game, I'm trying to stream on twitch at 1080p 60fps. My internet speed gets ~30mbps download and upload. Here's logs: https://obsproject.com/logs/4E6VQP0OcRwVtMjc

I've tried streaming on youtube with 20k bitrate and it seemed quite better, it wasn't really blurry when I moved in that, but it still seemed a little blurry though, but I'd say quite negligible. However I tried streaming on twitch with 8k bitrate and it would keep disabling my source. How come do other streamers, both partner and non partners on twitch with the same settings and bitrate as mine manage to have non blurry streams?

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i5 12400k
GPU: AMD RX 7600
Ram: 32GB
Storage: 1 SSD samsung 980 pro

For YouTube, you need to use a resolution of 2560x1440 so that the servers process the stream with the VP9 codec. In your case, obviously you're getting AVC, which is crap for dynamic content.

You can use 8000 kbps on Twitch even if you're a new streamer, but you'll want to stick with 6000 kbps as you won't have your stream transcoded. You need to become an affiliated streamer.

And forget about the AMD encoder, it's terrible. You're lucky to have Quick Sync.

Just tried Quick Sync and it's still blurry with it, and I can just use 20k bitrate to stream on Youtube, so that's not an issue, I'm not really looking to stream on Youtube anyway. What about twitch? that's my main problem at hand, how come are other partner and non partner streamers streaming at the same bitrate? refer to my original post.

There are a number of certain locations where servers cannot operate at 8000 kbps. In any case, you need to try the twitch test utility and find the best server. If you have a black screen on your stream at 8000, then the servers cannot process your stream with this bitrate.

you can't connect to a specific twitch ingest server. also please refer to my original post where I talked about other streamers being able to stream at the bitrate I'm suffering at

I can’t say for sure why your broadcast with a bitrate of 8000 does not work. Your stream looks blurry, because you have a radeon video card, which has a worse hardware encoder. You are trying to use it. Users stream using nvenc h.264, quick sync or x264 on twitch. For absolutely all radeon owners, the picture on Twitch looks pixelated. Also your encoder settings look incorrect in the report. You'd better watch one of the videos and go back to quick sync. I assure you quck sync will be the best option for you.
