Stitching individual frames together

Hi. How do I stitch together individual frames into one video. I recorded a powerpoint with each slide individually and now need to piece them all together (21 frames) into one video. Please help :) Thanks so much!

2 ways to do it:

• Use a video editor, not OBS, to put all of the pictures on a timeline with the correct timing, transitions, and whatever else you want, and then export the video file from there.
• Set up each picture as its own scene in OBS, with whatever transitions and other tools that you're going to need, rehearse it, and then "run the show", live in real time, while you record it.
