SRT input stream has trouble reconnecting

I am experiencing the following issue when an SRT stream is used as an input source:
when an SRT input stream is interrupted the OBS displayed image freezes and it reconnects automatically after certain number of seconds.

Here my config:

OBS Studio 27.1.3 (64 bit) running on macos 11.4 ( Intel processor)
Larix Broadcaster Version 1.1.18 build 251 running on iPhone 13, ios 15.1.1

After several observations I found that in "Media Source Input" the "Reconnect Delay slider" minimum value of 1 second is wrong;
really the 1 second correspond to 60 secs.

Here the results of some testings:

a) "Media Source" input settings
srt://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX?mode=listener
Network Buffering 2 MB
Reconnect Delay 1 Sec
all other options de-flagged

If SRT stream is interrupted the displayed image on OBS freezes. Restart Automatically after 60 secs

b) "Media Source" input settings
srt://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX?mode=listener
Network Buffering 2 MB
Reconnect Delay 15 Sec
all other options de-flagged

If SRT stream is interrupted the displayed image on OBS freezes. Restart Automatically after 75 secs

c) "Media Source" input settings
srt://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX?mode=listener
Network Buffering 2 MB
Reconnect Delay 30 Sec
all other options de-flagged

If SRT stream is interrupted the displayed image on OBS freezes. Restart Automatically after 90 secs.


It looks like that the Reconnect Delay Slider default time of 1 sec is wrong because it correspond to 60 secs.

That issue causes the lost of at list 1 minute of SRT stream if a connection fails for 1 or more seconds.

Please verify on your configuration if you can reproduce it.
