Hello,

I have been using this program for several years, everything works fine, but now there is a big problem: I can no longer see the preview with certain scenes.

To see the images it works, but to capture browser windows impossible.

There is always a white or black frame. I tried to record a video it's the same.

I tried different modifications, impossible to correct this concern.

Disable hardware acceleration in the web browser, or use the Browser Source in OBS instead.

I tried to deactivate hardware acceleration, but it didn't change anything. The problem with using browser source is that i have a stated image, when i browse it is not visible. And with this method I do not log on the site that I visit. I would like to find the problem because with the window capture it worked very well.

The problem with window capture and browsers is pretty much always hardware acceleration. If it still doesn't work, you probably haven't actually turned it off.

The problem is also present when I use in source screenshot or a window capture with different programs.

My computer is new and very powerful, it has always worked well with it, I'm still blocked.

That is not what that means.

You need to turn off the hardware acceleration feature *in the browser*.
