Question / Help [Solved] Trying to Record 60FPS Rocksmith Gameplay

So I'm trying to record some rocksmith songs at 1080p60FPS, the fidelity is not so important as much as the fluidity and I can feel these micro stutters happening even though both rendering lag and skipped frames are showing 0.0% you can see in the log the drawn frames does not match the output that OBS produces and therefore I get stutter. Im not understanding why as Ive tried fast-medium settings, CBR and VBR at 3000-15000 bitrates, setting profile to high, changing from x264 to the nvidia (that was awful) so far it seems like theres nothing I can change that fills in these missing frames, yet my computer is more then capable. I was also recording to an HDD and now Im recording to an external SSD with a 500+MB/s connection so thats not it either. I Even turned off the venue displaying in game which dropped my CPU encoding usage to half (under 10% usually) but still I get the stutter at strange parts, even though the game engine is running flawless

https://youtu.be/-_q7SXDULN0 youtube video where you can visually see the issue and was the last video output from the log

So I dont think the mismatched frames and outputs had much bearing on the skipping, as even videos without had mismatched amounts by about ~100 but with wildly varying laggy parts in videos. Changing it to record my display instead of the game pretty much 99.9% fixed the minor stutters I was encountering =]
