For last 2 months horrible bit rate spikes happen RANDOMLY for few seconds slowly getting worse!
Ive changed many settings to now it is very short unnoticeable by chat spikes but now randomly itll be so bad it resets stream I literally did nothing before this started only change that comes to mind is windows update but I already tried Ethernet updated all drivers deleted an old Scene, no one seems to know whats going on is it really ISP? they have come and checked and seen nothing wrong here Is everything I have on the streams!

WOULD ANY of this be that its just now a super old obs? or Like I was told not to upgrade till I know next one is stable

Follow steps listed in Log Analysis

Don't have Game Capture and Monitor Capture in same scene
source: 'Display Capture' (monitor_capture)
source: 'TITS' (game_capture)

source: 'TITS' (game_capture)
source: 'Window Capture 2' (window_capture)

You only need game capture for when gaming, you can make a new scene if need Window or Monitor Capture

According to the log you are running older version of OBS [OBS 29.0.2]

Current is 30.2.3 if able to upgrade which you should be able to

Streaming on WiFi can cause a lot of issues, if possible use Ethernet

After you have changed settings above, post a new log and can go from that point

I will say Ethernet is costly/no feasible but Ive tried to already it changed nothing at all almost like I had higher highs but it still dies just as fast
