Question / Help Severe FPS drops all of the sudden!

So before I had no problem with recording 1080p 60 fps. But randomly when I would record games like cuisine royale, pubg,etc I now have severe fps drops like from 60 to 40 -30 and it says "Encoding overload" It would make sense but I never had this before. More info if needed. I havent been able to upload a real gaming video in like 1 month because of it.
Base and Output resolution: 1920x1080
Downscale Filter: Bicubic
FPS: 60
Processer: Intel Core i5 - 7400 CPU
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3gb

Recording
Encoder: NVENC H.264 (new)
Rate Control: Bitrate 34250 Kbps Max Bitrate 45000 Kbps
Preset: Max Performance
Profile:High
Keyframe Intervals: 2

☑️Psycho Visual Tuning

Gpu: 0
Max B - Frames: 2
Please help! thanks. Like I said these are the same settings ive always used

Hello there
Please send the log's URL here so I can help you.

1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
(Note: If you do not see an obsproject.com URL, you will need to update OBS Studio to version 22+)
