Hello, so I'm new to Recording/Stream mostly Cs:Go. All i want acceptable recording quality and stability in games, If it's possible please give me the settings for recording in obs.
Specs:
AMD FX-8350
RTX 2060 SUPER
DDR3 16GB 2400mhZ
Windows 10 pro 64bit 22H2
P.S I watched a couple of popular videos and tried but I've had 2 results, I've had too bad recording quality or unstable fps
Here are the guide what i watched tried and was the mostly good resoult but still not good but it's had a pretty unstable:

So it's gonna be a mess to record with this settings? or it's gonna be good enough quality to record some like cs:go?

The only real way to tell is to try it and see. The wizard does that with a bunch of different settings and picks the one that works "best", whatever "best" means. Probably known-good-quality settings with different priorities attached to each, and it tries to make the best score given those priorities, without dropping frames.

If you're getting decent quality, I'd say leave it. If not, remember what you've got and what it did in detail, run the wizard, and compare again.
