Screen Capture Not Working

Has anyone ever seen this? My screen capture device isn't displaying within the OBS window, but when I check it's properties it works fine.

That's not screen capture. You simple added a video device (camera) and probably have another capture with the same camera in another scene. Don't add new captures, simple use the one you already created. When you go to add a new source you'll see a list of previously created.

I miss labeled this post, my bad. I meant to ask why the video capture wasn't working in the editor, but shows up fine when I edit the properties. Thank you for pointing that out
