Question / Help Ryzen 7 2700x build

Hello!
I am building a PC with these specs:
Ryzen 7 2700x
GTX 1050 (already got it gonna upgrade to an RTX 2070 later)
8 GB of 3000MHz RAM (Dual Channel)
I am planning on streaming League of Legends and wanted to know what settings would be optimal and if the CPU can run OBS, League, Discord and Chrome at the same time?
Wanted to try to run the game at max settings with capp at 144FPS as thats the refresh rate of my monitor.
Could I plug in a laptop to support the machine? If so, how?
The laptop has these specs:
i7 6700HQ
GTX 1060 3GB
8 GB RAM

You could run the NDI plugin with OBS (or just run the NewTek ScanConverter software) to capture footage on the gaming machine and then use the laptop for streaming. That's about the only way I can think of it being useful, aside from adding a capture card.

The 2700x is strong enough to run all that, plus 720p60 at fast preset.
I know, because my 1700x runs the same just fine, even at medium.
However, that 1050 could be a potentional bottleneck, and your system will shine with a 2070.
